Max did an excellent job during our newborn photoshoot. He was very patient, professional and kind. He came on time, ready for the shoot while following safety protocols and took his time to make sure he gave us great pictures. We are very happy with the finished product and can't wait to display our pictures!

We did maternity and newborn shoot with them and honestly they are best in GTA. Especially their newborn is amazing Max did it with lots of patience, he knows very well how to handle a newborn baby. Not only this the final pictures are really beautiful. I will definately recommendation then to others.

Max did a fantastic job with our newborn photographs. He was very calm and patient throughout the whole photo session, and he made our newborn feel safe and at ease during the whole session - the baby did not get upset at all until the 3hr session was over :) There were quite a few different backdrops/settings to choose for the photos - all of which turned out great once we saw the finished product. We would definitely recommend Max to anyone wanting their newborn photos taken!

**UPDATE** I just learned that Max and Mariam no longer work together. Max had ZERO involvement in this shoot. Like I said he did an AMAZING job on my daughter's newbon photos and I would 100% hire Max again. Mariam has given me a full refund. Thank you Mariam for reaching out and offering the refund. ************* Let me start by saying I've used this company twice now. Max did my daughter's newborn photos and I had no issues, everything was perfect. So I decided to book them again to do my daughter's cake smash photos. I booked them in January 2019 for a photoshoot May 18. I let Mariam know I needed the pictures in time for my daughter's first birthday. I had the intention of printing out photos for friends and family. Mariam asked me what I wanted for background balloons and I specified the color theme and wasn't given options for much else. One week before the shoot I emailed Mariam to confirm the date and time and she emailed me back confirming. 2 days before the shoot she emailed me cancelling saying she was sick and had to reschedule. She rescehduled for the following Friday at 2 pm. I asked for a weekend appointment as I work but she said she could not so I took a half day vacation from work. At 1 pm she texted me saying she was running late from another session and to come for 2:45. Sure no problem. I leave later and while I'm on my way she texts me again saying she just finished the other shoot and to come for 3:15. I told her I was already on my way but would take a walk or something. I paid for parking and waited over an hour when she texted me to say she was cancelling because she was stuck in traffic and there was an accident. She rescheduled for Sunday (all of a sudden she had a weekend appointment). On Sunday we arrived a little early and I texted her asking if that was okay. She rudely sent me a screenshot saying we agreed on a certain time and I was early, she was with another client. I said no problem I'll wait in my car but all considered that eas poorly handled. We FINALLY have the shoot and she tells my husband and I we will get final picturs back in 7 days. She shows us some pictures of other shoots and says she will photoshop the whole background in (she had nothing there but balloons). She collected payment. 7 business days go by and I messaged Mariam asking when I could expect finals and she responds saying it's actually 7 to 10 business days. That would be the day before my daughter's party not leaving enought time to print and I ask her if she can do them sooner. Keep in mind that I booked May 18 knowing that I woukd have to wait 2 weeks for editing but she kept rescheduling. She says she will try for one day sooner but of course I get nothing. After 10 business days I message her again asking for the pictures. At this time she asks me for info to fill in her one year board and I'm sure she hasn't even started editing yet. She send me pictures that night and the editing job is just awful and clearly rushed. Filters slapped on the pictures and she DREW on polka dots on the balloons on the computer (I specified in JANUARY that I would like polka dots on the balloons). I told her this was nothing like what she showed me and she retouches agai adding pink pom poms that are floating in the air. The color theme is black and blue with now random pom poms. The 2nd version was WORSE than the first. I direct her to remove the fake polka dots and make the pompoms the correct color and they still look ordinary like someone took them at home. She kept asking what she could fix, but I'm paying for a service and expertise which she clearly doesn't have. I did not get these pictures until after her birthday party either. I saw so many wonderful cake smash photos from other people and was truly so sad that I paid for such terrible photos. I also want to add Mariam offered to do the pictures half price for the cancelling. Cake smash pictures are $230. I paid $40 deposit and she asked for $120 the day of the shoot. That is more than half price, she gave me a $70 discount for terrible pictures. She does NOT know what she is doing. She is unprofessional!! Save yourself the hassle. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Some pictures in comments of the worst ones that actually made me almost cry. I think the worst was the amount of times she tried to argue with me instead of taking responsibility.

The photographer Max was wonderful with my newborn son. The experience was easy and comfortable within the comfort of my own home. The pictures turned out amazing. I would definitely recommend this company. I am a happy and satisfied customer. I have amazing photos to cherish for a lifetime.

We had our newborn photographed by Max and Mariam a few weeks back. They were very good at communicating via email. They were easy going, flexible and most professional. We were so surprised how gentle Max was with our daughter. She didn’t fuss once because he was so good with her. The pictures are worth every penny charged. Thank you Max and Mariam!
